Shipping and Returns at Drip Club Syd: What to Expect

Buying from a brand you have not ordered from before is a fair thing to be cautious about. This page sets out exactly what happens after you place an order with Drip Club Syd: what it costs, how long it takes, and what your options are if something is not right.

Who we are

Drip Club, known to most of our customers as Drip Club Syd, is based in Sydney, Australia. You can reach a real person at support@dripclubstudio.com.au, and we are on Instagram as @dripclub.syd and TikTok as @drip_club_syd.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $10 on every order, anywhere in the world, with no minimum spend and no code to enter — the same rate within Australia and internationally. It is applied automatically at checkout.

The rate shown at checkout is always the one that applies to your order. Our shipping policy page carries the current position if you are reading this later.

Delivery times

• Australia: an estimated 7 to 10 business days.
• International: an estimated 10 to 14 business days.
• Made-to-measure trousers: 10 to 14 business days, because each pair is cut to your measurements after you order rather than picked from stock.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control, and customs processing can add time to international orders.

Returns: the 14-day window

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item needs to be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start one

Email support@dripclubstudio.com.au. If the return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted, so please do not skip this step.

What it costs you

Return shipping for change of mind or a sizing issue is at your own cost. We recommend a trackable service, because we cannot take responsibility for a return that goes missing in transit.

What cannot be returned

• Made-to-measure trousers, since each pair is cut to your measurements
• Gift cards

If you are unsure about sizing, read the Drip Club Syd size guide or email us before ordering. It is the cheapest way to avoid a return altogether.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or simply not what you ordered. That is on us to fix, not something you should be paying return shipping for.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether it was approved. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer then needs time to post it, which is why the money can take longer than the refund itself. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not seen it, email us.

Paying in instalments

Afterpay is available at checkout if you would rather split the cost.
