Custom trousers — flared cut
Our standard measurements, for reference. Your pair is cut to the measurements you send us.
These are the measurements of our ready-to-wear pairs, shown so you can see how ours are cut. Your pair will be made to the measurements you enter, not to this chart. Waist is a body measurement; the other rows measure the garment.
How to measure
- A — Waist
- This one is about you, not the trousers. Measure around your natural waist, where the waistband will sit.
- B — Length
- Lay the trousers out flat and measure from the top of the waistband straight down the outer edge to the hem. This is the full outside length, not the inseam.
- C — Hip
- Lay flat and measure across at the widest point, below the pockets, then double it for the full measurement around.
- D — Thigh
- Lay flat and measure across one leg just below the crotch seam, then double it.
- E — Leg Opening
- Measure straight across the hem of one leg and double it. This is the full opening, all the way around.

All five are needed before we can cut your pair. Measure yourself, or measure a pair you already like the fit of and give us those numbers.
Around your natural waist, where the waistband sits
Outside length: top of the waistband straight down to the hem
Around the fullest part of your hips
Around the fullest part of your thigh
All the way around the opening at the bottom of the leg
Optional. Anything you would tell a tailor in person.

Tailored trousers cut to your own measurements. Choose the style you want, send us your waist, length, hip, thigh and leg opening, and our tailors cut the pair for you.
Hand-Cut, Hand-Finished: Every pair is cut and finished by hand by tailors with more than 20 years of experience, from the same Super 120s wool worsted suiting we use across the range.
Delivery: an estimated 10–14 business days, because each pair is made after you order rather than picked from stock.
Please measure carefully. Made-to-measure trousers are cut specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for fit. If you are unsure, email support@shopdripclub.com.au before you order and we will talk it through with you. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or not as described.

Shipping Policy
At Drip Club, shipping is a flat $10 on every order — anywhere in the world, with no minimum spend and no discount code to enter. It is applied automatically at checkout.

- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
- Rate: a flat $10 to every country — the same rate as within Australia, with no minimum spend
- Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control, and customs processing can add time to international orders. The rate shown at checkout is always the one that applies to your order.
Made-to-Measure Orders
Trousers ordered with custom sizing are cut to your measurements after you place your order, so they take a little longer to reach you.
- Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days
Please note that made-to-measure trousers cannot be returned or exchanged, since each pair is cut specifically for you. If you are unsure about measurements, read our size guide or email us before ordering.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Full terms are on our refund policy page, and there is a plain-English walkthrough in shipping and returns at Drip Club Syd.
